2. No cancellation once order confirmation is sent. Pay 50% of the total for cancellation fee or will be posted as bogus buyer / joy miner.
3. Pay ON or BEFORE the dop given. Late payment = ₱15 per day.
4. Please be aware that we are not responsible for pre-order delays since we have no control over the couriers.
5. Impatient and rude buyers will not be entertained. Do not claim or mine if you can't wait for the items to arrive.
6. Photo/s or vids will be sent once done packing. We will not be responsible for any damages after the item has been shipped.
7. No video = no refund
8. There will be a packaging fee depending on the order/s.
9. Unless combined shipment from STBO orders has been requested, onhand items that are not claimed within two weeks will be automatically disposed of and resold with NO REFUND.FETA for small items such as photocards, 10cm dolls etc. It may take 1 - 2 weeks if no delays.SFETA for heavy items such big albums, vinyls etc. It may take 2 - 3 weeks depending on whether delays occur.PACKAGING FEE— pc packaging - ₱25

International shipping fee or ISF is always depends on the weight of the item. It usually ranges from ₱10 - ₱60 per PC.ISF are to be followed and collected once the item is onhand.• If the items have already been secured but payment is still not made within 3 days after the DOP, the orders will be made available for sale again.
• Once the items are secured, they are no longer eligible for refund.
• Refunds will only be provided if the items become sold out or cannot be secured.
• Failure to pay the ISF within the given deadline will result in late fees.
